Ashley Jones
Ashley Aubra Jones. Born on September 3, 1976. Ashley Aubra Jones has been an American actress for over twenty years. The actress is famous for her soap opera roles, including Megan Dennison (The Young and the Restless) and Bridget Forrester (The Bold and the Beautiful). She also played Daphne in True Blood, the HBO show True Blood in its second season. Ashley Jones obtained a Bachelor of Human Learning (K-8) from University of Tennessee at Martin, in 1997. She began her professional career as an educator at Maury County where she taught students in Kindergarten and First Grade Reading. Following her wedding to the love of her life and UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones in 1998, she moved into Thompsons Station. Bethesda Elementary was where she first began teaching fourth grade. The years 1999, 2000 and 2001, she was working on her Masters of instruction from Trevecca Nazarene University while continuing to teach. In 2000 the couple adopted their youngest child Baylor. Ashley has dedicated the last fifteen years to encouraging the growth of children in the local church as well as in the community. Ashley has been an educator and leader in Thompson Station's Preschool as well as Students Ministry for 13 years. Ashley and her family were homeschooled for three years. As they homeschooled, the children were able to attend a tutoring session at which Ashley taught History in Kindergarten and First Grade. She loved staying at home with her kids and loved teaching her children. But, God made it clear that the time had come for their family to return fully-time. Brent and Ashley are parents to five daughters. Silas Eliza and Cruz are all students at GCA. Baylor is a GCA grad who plays baseball. He is a student at the UT-Martin. Callan a GCA-grad goes to Western Kentucky University. It is a busy family that enjoys playing activities, fishing, and hunting together.
